Marina & Tyler reached out to me to capture some photos for their pregnancy announcement! I was so excited to do a sunrise session downtown Nashville with them. I was a chilly morning, but the sunrise over Nashville was SO worth it! The colors were incredible.

Marina & Tyler were so sweet, and are going to be the sweetest parents! While they wanted to announce their pregnancy, they also wanted photos that would allow them to look back on this special time in their life and capture their love for one another!

We arrived downtown Nashville, at Riverfront Park just before sunrise and headed up to Pedestrian Bridge – the sunrise was so gorgeous! The sun rises on the side of the bridge that doesn’t face the city, so we got some great shots there before turning to face Nashville! The light reflecting off of the buildings was to die for!

If you’re thinking about doing golden hour photos downtown, I highly suggest a sunrise golden hour instead of sunset! The colors are beautiful and it’s not as crowded!
